At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want you to love your transformation, which is why we offer a 7-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate items are final sale to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your package.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return based on our policy.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the costume in its original packaging including all accessories and wigs, then ship it to the provided warehouse address using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for signs of wear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
