How long does shipping take for 'Ready to Ship' vs 'Pre-sale' items?
'Ready to Ship' items are processed within 3-5 business days. 'Pre-sale' items have estimated production timelines listed on the product page, which can range from 30 to 90 days depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I return a costume if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and accessories included. Please note that custom-sized items and intimate apparel are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you ship internationally and who pays for customs fees?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their local government upon arrival.
What should I do if my package arrives missing an accessory?
